IMIN reads your nervous system and tells you exactly what it needs.
The only app that knows whether your self care worked.
The problem
The same technique that helps you Monday can make you worse Wednesday
Your nervous system changes every day. How you slept, your stress level, your medication, whether you had caffeine — all of it shifts which techniques will work and which ones won't.
And most self care doesn't account for that. You find something that works, you stick with it, and eventually it stops working. Not because you're doing it wrong. Because your body is different today than it was yesterday.
That's not a you problem. That's a matching problem.
the solution
five steps. under five minutes.
Every other wellness app tracks whether you showed up. IMIN tracks whether it worked.
the data
What 1,082 biometrically measured sessions taught us — no other wellness app has measured even one
We measured over 1,000 regulation sessions with biometrics before and after every single one. What we found: techniques that regulate one person can dysregulate another when not matched to current body state and intention.
In 20% of sessions, a well meaning technique left the person's nervous system measurably more stressed after the session than before. Not because the technique was bad. That same technique helped someone else in a different state, with a different intention. When IMIN matched the technique to all known user contexts, success reached 85%. Not every session produced a shift, but none resulted in a more dysregulated state. They simply didn't move the system one way or another. They never made it worse. Without IMIN, 1 in 5 sessions made things worse. With IMIN, zero did.
Your state changes daily. IMIN reads it every time and matches accordingly.
Built for Every Nervous System
Different nervous systems need different techniques. IMIN knows the difference.
IMIN works for anyone whose self care doesn't work consistently. Whether your nervous system runs hot, cold, or somewhere in between, IMIN reads your state and matches you to what fits. And if you're on medication, have ADHD, carry trauma, or just had a terrible night of sleep, IMIN accounts for that too. Your context isn't a limitation. It's how IMIN finds the right match.

IMIN scans your nervous system using rPPG biometrics through your phone's camera, classifies your autonomic state from 20 possible configurations, and recommends the technique most likely to work for your current state and goal. After the session, a second scan measures what actually happened. Every session makes the next recommendation smarter.

IMIN reads your nervous system and tells you exactly what it needs — then guides you through the one technique that will actually work right now. Other apps give you a technique and hope for the best. IMIN measures your nervous system before and after every session, scores the outcome, and learns from it.
-
IMIN includes techniques across breathwork, movement, and mind & sound categories. The best technique for you depends on your state and your goal on any given day.
